We’re committed to making each of our residential and nursing homes a real home from home for every one of our residents. From room personalisation, to meal choices and activities, we’ll do everything we can to help our residents settle in and enjoy life to its fullest potential.
Our objective is to enhance the quality of life and deliver quality care for every resident in our care. Everyone can access our care services regardless of whether they are funded publicly or by their own means.
Philosophy of care
We aim to offer individualised care by involving the resident and their families in drawing up care plans and regularly adapting them to a resident’s changing needs. Each resident is treated as an individual and with dignity at all times.
Our services are designed to be sensitive to the race, religion and the cultural background of each person.
We practice ‘Person Centred Care' which means that we look at the whole person to ensure we are aware of, and responding to:
• Their social needs
• Their physical needs
• Their environmental needs
• Their emotional needs
• Their spiritual needs
• Their intellectual needs
