We aim to ensure all individuals have leisure opportunities in which they are actively involved. The home has it's own transport, which enables individuals to access community facilities more easily. Hilltop View is flexible and person centred in our approach. We realise that no two people are the same. Our person centre plans are developed in partnership with the people who we support and with people who are important to them.
