Overview
Nestled in the heart of West Molesey, The Summers Care Home enjoys views of the River Thames and Hampton Court Palace, offering care for up to 35 people.
The Summers focuses on delivering a high-quality service in a friendly environment so that all residents can live their lives their way. Care is personalised to suit the needs of each individual and is delivered with respect, dignity and kindness.
With a primary focus on residential and dementia care, The Summers is designed with leading dementia theory in mind, following the ‘household’ model of care.
The state-of-the-art facility comprises four individual wings, with residents thoughtfully placed where their individual needs are best met. Each wing houses a lounge, activities room and dining area with a kitchenette, whilst residents in large bedrooms will also have access to a private, ensuite wetroom.
An array of additional shared facilities include a bistro, hair salon, nail bar and internet corner where residents can connect with family and friends.
