Overview
Bali Hai Care Home offers a highly professional care and support service with a personal touch. Individuality is emphasised and diversity embraced. Bali Hai is a large family home without the institutional atmosphere. We are registered to care for 12 individuals aged between 21 and 65 years with a mental health diagnosis.
We are in an ideal location in Westcliff-on-Sea, situated close to Chalkwell Park, local shops, a library and numerous cafes, bistros and restaurants. There is easy access to the town centre, Southend Pier and pleasure beach, rail stations and Southend airport. We provide a huge variety of therapeutic activities both within the home and out in the community. The service users also enjoy annual holidays accompanied by staff.
All of our staff are fully trained with the minimum of NVQ Level 3 right through to Level 5 and we have an ongoing training programme in place to ensure a high level of care, support and professionalism.
