Overview

Eldercroft Care Home Ltd is registered to offer accommodation to up to 10 people.
Our Registered activity is Residential and specialist care supporting Learning Disabilities and Dementia & Mental Health.
The age range is between 18 and 65 years and 65 years plus.
Furthermore, they will be fully able bodied and in favour of their community rehabilitation process being initiated in a structured, supportive environment.
All attempts will be made to ensure an effective community rehabilitation of our residents is delivered.
We will recognise individually within the proposed client group, Learning Difficulties, Dementia & Mental Health and respect their varied social and medical needs.
We would encourage and help empower our residents to develop their potential in all aspects of daily living.
Eldercroft Residential Home will provide an individual care service to meet individual needs for persons whether short term care, long term care or Respite Care.
Once a potential persons has been assessed and meets the requirements for admission we progress through stages of planned day and funded overnight stays at the home. This will assist us in recognising any additional needs and may focus the client to a future of care at Eldercroft, being supported by Family and any other Professionals involved in their transition to their new home.
We will accept emergency admissions.
Admission to the home will be through a process of referral and assessment. The aim is to meet the assessed needs of all our residents through specific care plans tailored to meet the needs of the individual. Irrespective of ethnic origin, beliefs or history and behaviour we will promote and maintain the individuals’ rights to take their place in society as fully participating and benefiting citizens. We will seek out local places of worship of the residents’ choice when identified.
Mr & Mrs Batt, Ms Shenda Whitelock aim to ensure that every persons using the service, who resides at the home leaves with the tools and confidence to be able to shoulder some of the pressures, contradictions, and confusion that society will place on them.
