Woodford Court is a vibrant and welcoming residential care home with two purpose built spacious
bungalows that give way to a medium sized garden with patio and grass area. The garden is accessible from
patio doors in each service user’s bedroom.
The service provides a safe and stimulating environment for up to 12 people. Each bungalow has a
communal lounge and a large open plan kitchen; service users have their own bedroom with en-suite
bathroom and overhead hoist and tracking
We are located close to local shops 10 minutes’ walk away and accessible to all the local amenities,
transport links are great as Woodford Green is on the Central line giving easy access to central London and
the Southeast of England.
The people we support enjoy a wide range
of community activities, including swimming,
college courses – drama, information, technology,
communication, day service – socialising, cooking,
and access to churches, pubs and coffee shops just
around the corner.
We offer highly skilled and person-centred 24-hour
support and care 365 days a year, to enable people
to reach their full potential and to live full and active
lives.
Individuals are supported to learn and develop skills

community
• Building and maintaining relationships with
friends and family
Our dedicated staff team are highly experienced in
supporting people with complex care needs such as
NG feeding, PEG management, moving and handling
and catheter care. We work closely with the person,
their family, health and social care professionals
to encourage greater engagement with the wider
community and to ensure there is a person-centred
approach.
