About Us

The Chimneys Care Home is based in the lovely rural town of Alford, Lincolnshire. With 14 bedrooms, some having lovely en suite toilets, there is also a communal wet-room and bathroom. The home prides itself on its warm an welcoming atmosphere- a real home from home. We have a lovely lounge and separate dining room. Residents can choice to being involved and take part in group activities and eat in the dining room, they are also welcome to have meals brought to their rooms and 1-2-1 activities can be offered if preferred. We have a lovely home cooked daily menu, with a selection of meals to suits each individual resident.

We are just a sort walk away from the town which has a lovely selection of shops,a church, tea rooms, the GP surgery and the pharmacy.

The Chimneys has a 'Good' rating from the CQC.

The home is registered for residential care for people over the age of 65, we also offer respite care and daycare.
