Ultima Care & Nursing Ltd covers a wide range of services and will spend time with the customers to ensure that the right care package is perfect for all needs. The aim is to keep all customers as independent as possible. Ultima Care & Nursing Ltd spends a lot of time matching the right carers with the right customers, ultimately creating a comfortable relationship that enables a carer to meet the needs of the customer in a comfortable and friendly environment. Each person who requires care is different and will be assessed as such. Staff work closely with each individual to determine what kind of care is required, meeting the needs of all customers through person-centred care planning, maintaining privacy, dignity and respect. Ultima Care & Nursing Ltd believes that by providing the right team to match the customer’s needs staff can provide safe and effective delivery of care. Carers are available 24/7, 365 days a year which includes any night cover that may be required.
