About Us


Established in 1991, Tendacare has been providing support and homecare services to older people and adults of all ages with disabilities for more than 30 years.

Working across Leatherhead, Bookham, Fetcham, Ashtead, Epsom and the surrounding area, we have become known and trusted for our professional, friendly and caring manner. Our aim is to provide a flexible care service, tailored personally for each of our clients, helping them to remain independent in their own home.

Tendacare provides support in all areas of home life with a team that is dedicated to providing an all-encompassing service for our clients, allowing them to remain secure in their own homes.

Our founder and owner, Sue Smith has a background in district nursing and understands the importance of fostering a strong, trustworthy and reliable relationship with our service users.

These principles are instilled in our staff who, as a team, deliver a friendly, professional and personal service, which is recognised by our clients as reflected in our 9+ rating on homecare.co.uk​

As a registered CQC adult care provider we are subject to regular visits and inspections from our regulatory body and are proud of our consistent good ratings.
