About Us

Smartway Health And social care aims, and objectives are to provide care and support to individuals who have been independently assessed as needing assistance to meet their social and personal care needs. We will provide this service within the customers’ own home; we can offer support to customers around financial/educational skills and employment opportunities when asked to do so. Seek opportunities for service users to have tenancies of their choice, provide agreed personal support, using tried and successful techniques, to develop methods, and gain understanding/knowledge to further improve independent living skills for those that wish to do so. Smartway Health And social care will adhere to all relevant legalisation and abide by the requirements of CQC (Care Quality Commissioners). To achieve our overall aim of respecting and treating customers in the same way we would wish both ourselves and our relatives to be treated.
Smartway Health And social care: Purpose is:
To promote “Independence with Independence” were by supporting individuals to achieve maximum potential with minimum restriction to their choice and ambitions promoted from a supporting staff team both experienced and well trained.
The Care Quality Commission refers to domiciliary care as a service which provides personal care for people living in their own homes to meet individual circumstances. The person may be visited at various times of the day or in some cases, care is provided over a full 24-hour period.

We will ensure that the rights of our customers are at the forefront of our philosophy of care, and that they have a voice which will be listened to.
We recognise individual ethnic, religious and social needs and characteristics of customers and provide care appropriate to meeting those needs.
We promote and encourage the customers independence and the enhancement of their individual rights.
Service users can take reasonable risks in their personal choices of daily living.
