Our Services
Caremark supports adults, children and individuals with complex clinical needs, offering flexible care from 30-minute visits to full live-in support.
Home Care
Our home care service supports children through to older adults who require assistance to live independently at home. Services include:
Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
Medication support
Meal preparation and nutritional support
Mobility and manual handling
Domestic assistance
Companionship and emotional support
Community access and social engagement
We empower individuals living with dementia, physical disabilities, neurological conditions, mental health conditions, sensory impairments and those requiring respite or end-of-life care. Our focus is to promote independence while delivering safe and dignified support.
Children’s Care
We provide specialist children’s services tailored to each child’s needs and family circumstances. Care plans are developed collaboratively and may include:
Establishing structured daily routines
Personal care and mealtime support
Assistance with schooling
Encouragement of hobbies and socialisation
Promoting independence and transition into adulthood
Working alongside schools, case workers and healthcare teams
We support children with complex care needs, learning disabilities, autism, ADHD/ADD, challenging behaviours, mental health diagnoses and physical health conditions. Clinical oversight ensures safe and outcome-driven support.
