Connect 2 Flexicare is a specialist care provider delivering high-quality, person-centred support to children, young people, and adults with complex health and social care needs. Based in Aylesbury, we work across Buckinghamshire and surrounding counties to provide flexible, bespoke care that enables individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes or supported living environments.
Our services include complex care, paediatric care, live-in support, respite care, and supported living for people with a wide range of clinical, behavioural, and developmental needs. We take pride in offering tailored care plans designed around each person’s goals, preferences, and wellbeing.
