About Us
Purified Hearts Care Services is a Domiciliary Care and Supported Living Care provider for older people in Aylesbury Council and any surrounding areas established to offer home based quality care and supported living to Dementia, Mental Health and Physical Disability service-users who are 18-65+ who require care and support in their own familiar environment and surroundings. The care/ support delivered is regulated by the Care Quality Commission in line with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 (Fundamental Standards). We strive to remain compliant with all regulations, requirements, and standards within the Act. This statement of purpose ensures the quality of care and support which clients receive whilst living in their own homes and in the community. It provides a set of clear standards to service users; their families and representatives so that they understand what to expect and what action to take if these standards are not met.
When it comes to providing personal care, our organisation has a commitment to providing the highest standard of care to service users/ clients in the comfort of their homes and at times most convenient to them, promoting their preferences and choices. Our focus is on quality and safety of service users; based on the things that matter to service-users and making sure that the service we provide is safe, responsive, caring, effective to their needs and well-led by competent, skilled, and qualified staff.
Purified Hearts Care Services offer Domiciliary Care and Supported Living Care for people with Dementia, Mental Health and Physical Disability aged 18- 65+ in Aylesbury Council and any surrounding areas. Market research indicates that there is a significant need for Home Support care and social services within this region and we believe that by employing competent and well-trained staff and providing them with organised and responsive management, we can become one of the leading care service providers of choice in the South East of England.
