We provide quality social and community care services for service users. These are three-pronged.

 Care for service users in their homes,
 Day Centre opportunities for much-needed social contact for our adults as well as
 Support service users to access the community for fun and leisure.
The three-pronged approach enables us to meet the range of needs that enable service users to live a comfortable and satisfactory life.
For many service users, personal care, meals and medication meets almost all of their needs. We provide these and also provide services like sit-in, companionship, shopping and outreach, live-in, domestic and blitz cleaning mostly for adults. Children and young people value fun and activity. Therefore, access to events, places of fun, parks and social engagement are of paramount importance to them. We are confident that we can deliver these range of services to the satisfaction of both adults, children and young people. Our Day Centre services help foster social interaction for service users who would otherwise be bored sitting at home all day. These services are carried out on short or long-term basis as required by the needs of the service user.

We have clear lines of responsibility and accountability in our operations. Our Team Leader will carry out field supervision and spot checks on all carers as they work with service users. The Team Leader will report to the Registered Manager. With this, we will be able to maintain high standards of service delivery. All our staff are DBS checked at the enhanced level.
