About Us

Garland Lodge Ltd is a specialist supported living provider based in Greenwich and Barking and Dagenham, delivering high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and behaviours that may challenge.

Our service is designed to promote independence, dignity, and choice while ensuring individuals feel safe, respected, and empowered in their own homes. We work closely with local authorities, health professionals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated and outcome-focused support tailored to each person’s needs.

At Garland Lodge, we believe that every individual has the right to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. Our experienced and highly trained staff team supports people with:

Daily living skills and personal care

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)

Mental health and emotional wellbeing

Community access and social inclusion

Medication management

Developing independence and life skills

We invest heavily in staff training and professional development to ensure the highest standards of care. Our team is trained in Positive Behaviour Support, PMVA, Mental Health Awareness, Autism, and Adult Care qualifications, enabling us to provide structured, safe, and compassionate support.
