About Us

Because every person deserves to live a life that feels like their own.

At Inclusive Care Options, we believe that who you are matters more than any label or diagnosis. We are a specialist care agency dedicated to supporting people with learning disabilities and complex care needs — not just with skill and professionalism, but with genuine warmth, patience, and respect.

We understand that behind every care plan is a real person with their own dreams, preferences, routines, and sense of humour. That's why everything we do starts with listening. We take the time to truly get to know the people we support, their families, and the things that make life meaningful to them.

What We Do

We provide tailored, person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities and complex care needs. Whether it's support with daily living, help to access the community, or specialist care for more complex health conditions, our dedicated team is trained, compassionate, and committed to making a positive difference every single day.

How We Do It

We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every person we support receives a care plan that is built around them — their goals, their choices, and their voice. We work closely with families, health professionals, and local authorities to ensure that our care is consistent, safe, and always evolving to meet changing needs.

Our team is carefully selected not only for their qualifications and experience, but for their kindness, reliability, and genuine desire to help people thrive. We invest in ongoing training so that our staff are always equipped to provide the highest standard of specialist support.

Why We Do It

Because we believe in people. We believe that with the right support, everyone can live with dignity, independence, and joy. We believe that a learning disability or complex care need should never stand in the way of a fulfilling life — and we are here to make sure it doesn't.

At Inclusive Care Options, you're not just a service user. You're a person, and you matter.

We're here for you. Let's talk about how we can help.
