Located in the heart of Roundswell, Barnstaple, Chapter Care (North Devon) Limited is dedicated to providing high-quality home care (domiciliary care) services for adults of all ages and needs, enabling you or your loved one to remain independent and comfortable in the familiar surroundings of your own home.

We are proud to be rated 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), reflecting our commitment to delivering compassionate, reliable and person-centred care. Our dedicated team of male and female carers are trained to support a range of needs, from personal care and companionship to complex conditions including dementia, Parkinson’s, learning disabilities, and physical frailty.

Our flexible services include hourly care (from just £36 per hour), overnight support, respite care for family carers, rehabilitation after hospital stays, medication assistance, domestic help, food preparation, escorted outings, and more. We are comfortable working in pet-friendly homes, and two carers can visit where additional support is required.

We welcome privately funded clients as well as individuals funded by Local Authority (with or without top-up) or NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC).
