About Us
Established in 2022 Help at Home Care is a small family run home help service, registered with the Care Quality Commission. After working in the care sector for over 18 years, Karen, the registered manager recognised the need for a more flexible and person centred approach to care. Help at Home Care was set up so we could provide a truly personal service, supporting the customers as to how they would like to be supported, being able to change visits if needed, spending time getting to know them and building relationships which we know will help their well-being.
Choosing the right care for yourself or your loved ones is a significant decision and we understand that you may be worried, whether you require assistance with daily activities, medication management, or companionship. We are here to help you every step of the way, always respecting your wishes.
Our services are designed to help in ways that works for you while ensuring safety and well-being in a nurturing environment enabling you to live life to the fullest.
Visits are made to suit your individual needs and requirements and you will always see a familiar face who knows how you like things done. The minimum visit time is 30 minutes, and this can be as little or often as you require.
