About Us

FT Care Agency – Domiciliary Care Service provides personalised home care designed to help adults remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. The service places strong emphasis on dignity, respect and tailoring support to individual needs, routines and preferences.

The service is led by Registered Manager Marylem Zitumane, a highly experienced nurse with over 30 years of clinical and managerial experience. Her career spans work within NHS hospitals, private hospitals, residential care services, nursing homes and community health environments. She has previously held senior roles such as Clinical Services Manager, Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead, giving her an extensive background in clinical governance, safeguarding, care planning, complex needs management and quality assurance. Her earlier nursing work included roles in dementia care, acute mental health, rehabilitation, palliative care, elderly care and community-based primary health services.

Under her leadership, staff receive strong guidance, ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent, safe and compassionate care. The team supports individuals with personal care, medication prompts, mobility assistance, meal preparation, companionship, household tasks and help attending appointments or community activities.

FT Care aims to offer a calm, reassuring and flexible service, adapting as needs change and enabling people to maintain independence and well-being at home.
