Mulholland Care Ltd is a family run care provider originally established in January 2009.

We began trading as a Ltd company in August 2012.

Mulholland Care Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide Personal Care

OUR AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

Mulholland Care aims to provide care and support for people who cannot wholly look after themselves, in their own homes, at times convenient to them, and in ways they find most agreeable. We have sound principles for the way we run our service. Central to these is our belief that the rights of service users are paramount.

OUR PRINCIPLES

To focus on service users. We aim to provide personal care and support that promotes the quality of life of our clients in a way that it achieves positive outcomes and the active participation of service users to promote independence.

To ensure that we are fit for our purpose. We will constantly monitor whether Management and staff at Mulholland Care are achieving our stated aims and objectives.

To work for the comprehensive welfare of our service users. We aim to offer a service that provides practical, personal and emotional care and support, tailored to the needs of the service user ensuring flexibility with regard to the service users changing needs. We will liaise with other professionals and services to maximize independence and ensure the user’s inclusion in the community.

To meet assessed needs. We aim to provide a service that meets the assessed needs of the service user. We will assess on a regular basis the changing needs of the service user and will adapt the care provided accordingly.

To provide a quality service. We are committed to providing a high quality, regularly monitored service which assures a good quality of life and health for service users and which contributes to maintaining their independence.

To provide a quality workforce. Standards for our Manager and staff are based on the National Occupational Standards in Care produced by the National Training Organisation
