About Us

The Meadows supports people with more complex needs, including profound and multiple learning disabilities and behaviours of concern. Some may have a dual diagnosis including Mental Health Diagnosis or Autistic Spectrum Disorders.
The service can also specifically meet the needs and aspirations of individuals who have forensic histories, or who are considered at serious risk of offending or re-offending. The Home is set in its own grounds, in a village location overlooking the river estuary at Instow. Close to the Community and local amenities, it has easy access to local bus routes and larger towns.
The gardens and large field to the rear provide recreational space for Service Users, and a courtyard area.
The property is on two floors, and the flat has independent access. The flat can provide either a greater level of independence in a fully supported environment, or a higher level of engagement with an individual service user without putting others at risk
