About Us
Tender Caregivers is a compassionate homecare and support provider based in Wirral, supporting adults to live safely, independently and with dignity in their own homes and communities.
As part of Tender Healthcare Group, we believe good care begins with understanding the person. We take time to learn about each individual's needs, routines, preferences, abilities and personal goals so that support can be tailored around what matters most to them.
Our services include personal care, companionship, medication support, meal preparation, support with daily living, community access, hospital-to-home support, dementia care and flexible care packages for people who require additional help to remain independent at home.
We recognise that inviting someone into your home to provide care requires trust. Our approach therefore places dignity, safeguarding, choice, continuity and respectful relationships at the heart of service delivery. We aim to match people with suitable care staff and work closely with individuals, families and professionals to ensure that care remains responsive as needs change.
Whether you require occasional support, regular care visits or a more structured package of care, our team will discuss your circumstances with you and develop a person-centred plan that reflects your needs and preferences.
At Tender Caregivers, care is not simply about completing tasks. It is about helping people maintain independence, confidence, meaningful relationships and the best possible quality of life within the place they know best: their own home.
Contact our team to discuss your care needs or arrange an initial conversation about support for yourself or a family member.
