At Krystal Care Services, we believe that great care starts with treating every person as an individual. Our aim is simple: to help people remain independent, comfortable, and safe in their own homes while providing support that is tailored to their needs, routines, and preferences.

We are a CQC egistered provider offering domiciliary care and supported living services across Birmingham and the surrounding areas. Whether someone needs a little extra help each day or more comprehensive support, our team works closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver care that is compassionate, reliable, and respectful.

One of the things that sets us apart is the experience within our leadership team. Alongside our Registered Manager, we are proud to have a Registered Practitioner on board, providing clinical oversight, guidance, and support. This helps us maintain high standards of care, make informed decisions, and ensure our clients always receive safe, person-centred support.

Our carers are carefully selected, fully trained, and genuinely passionate about making a positive difference. We understand that inviting someone into your home is a big decision, which is why we focus on building trust, consistency, and meaningful relationships with every person we support.

Our services include personal care, medication support, companionship, meal preparation, domestic assistance, community access, overnight care, respite care, and supported living. Whatever the level of support required, our goal is to help people live as independently as possible while maintaining their dignity and quality of life.

As a growing local provider, we are committed to delivering care that families can rely on. We continuously invest in our staff, listen to feedback, and strive to improve every aspect of our service so that every client receives the standard of care they deserve.
