RCS is an established (more than 14 years of experience in care service), friendly home care service provider based in Birmingham and providing care services in all the surrounding areas. Our staff are our greatest strength being well trained, warm-hearted, and above all – reliable. Our aim is to ensure our clients are as happy, comfortable, and as peaceful as possible which we feel in turn reinforces the clients own self confidence. All our care is based on an initial one-to-one home assessment/care plan which is tailored to the specific needs of the client, whilst always preserving the client’s dignity.

About The Team

All staff employed by our service hold valid DBS clearance. Our workforce maintains up-to-date Infection Prevention and Control training in accordance with best practice. Services are delivered by staff who can communicate effectively in several languages including Punjabi, Bengali, and Urdu. Further details about the team are available upon request.
