Our skilled and caring team supports both self-funding clients and those funded by local authority or NHS Continuing Healthcare, ensuring accessibility for all.

At Care & Grace, we offer a wide range of care types, including support for dementia, learning disabilities and autism, mental health needs, physical and sensory impairments, palliative and end-of-life care, and complex conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and stroke. Whether you require hourly care, overnight support, live-in care, or specialised services such as PEG feeding or stoma management, our dedicated staff are here to help.

Our services go beyond personal and medical care, encompassing companionship, cultural support, dietary requirements, food preparation, shopping, escorted trips, and pet-friendly options. We can provide two carers per visit (double-up care), male or female carers as preferred, medication assistance, LGBTQ+ support, and respite for family carers. Transport and rehabilitation—including post-operative support and convalescence—are also available.
