Allcare Nurses Agency Ltd was established in 1998, within the care sector, by Rachel Quinn RGN. Working in the domiciliary and nursing areas we quickly became established as one of the leading care agencies within the North West.
We work closely with Local Health Authorities,Clinical Commissioning Groups,Private Suppliers, private hospitals, GP’s, specialist homes, nursing and residential homes and private homes providing both trained and care support staff for the nursing sector and the community. We provide extended care for those who need more than a drop in service. We can provide care for anything from 3 hours once a week to full twenty four hour support with different types of staff for your needs.

MEET THE TEAM

Rachel Quinn – Managing Director / Registered Manager
I qualified as a nurse in 1987 and worked briefly in cardiac care and stroke care before joining Allcare Home Care Agency as a Care Coordinator. I then went onto form Allcare Nurses Agency Ltd in 1998.


Louise Barton – Office Manager
Louise’s first love was animals-completing a degree in this with 1st class honours. After completing she joined the family business and is head of personnel. She processes wages, completes rotas and generally keeps us in order!


Lindsey Dixon – Paediatric Care Coordinator / Deputy Manager
Qualifying as a nurse in 1982 I was a District Nursing Sister in Cumbria for many years, eventually specialising in palliative care. Following a career break, I became a trainer and manager of care teams within the community.
I joined Allcare in 2017, after moving to the area, initially as a care support worker and becoming the Care Coordinator in 2019. My role is to assess our client’s care needs, ensure the appropriate care is in place and that it is effectively delivered. I work alongside Rachel and Helenia supporting our care team.

Daisy Timms – Office Administrator

Studying a Health and Social Care Diploma at College, Daisy has always had an interest in supporting others. Daisy is the first point of contact at Allcare and works alongside the management team to answer the phones, deal with queries and support our carers with CarePlanner questions! Daisy also helps out with recruitment and is always available to answer your questions.
