We specialise in homecare and outreach for adults with complex needs, including dementia, mental health conditions, learning disabilities, neurodivergence, physical disabilities, and overlapping challenges such as trauma, substance misuse, or housing instability. Whether we’re enabling someone to reconnect with their faith, regain confidence after crisis, or simply feel safe and seen in their own home, we tailor every visit to the person, not just the plan.
Our team is trained to support a wide range of physical and mobility needs, including stroke recovery, epilepsy, continence care, and manual handling. Every staff member completes a 26-module mandatory training programme, covering moving and handling, medication administration, safeguarding, infection control, dementia awareness, autism, and more. This ensures our care is not only compassionate, but safe, skilled, and grounded in best practice.
We use the Careberry digital platform to ensure real-time updates, transparent communication, and live access to care plans for staff and families. This means you’ll always know who’s visiting, what’s happening, and how your loved one is feeling.
