Newhaven is a three storey home with 2 bedrooms situated on ground floor and 4 rooms on the first floor. The second floor holds the offices. Newhaven has two bathrooms, one with a bath on first floor and the other as a wet room on ground. There are 4 toilets. The medication room is to the side of the communal lounge/dining area and the kitchen is located in the middle of the ground floor. The laundry room has outside access.
You can enjoy Newhaven's enclosed garden with family and friends or spend time in the lounge area. Newhaven promotes sustainability and has two water butts, composter and a recycling area. Clients encouraged to do gardening and recycling. This home offers its residents indoor activities, outings and daily newspapers.
Residents can feely choose if they want to use their own furniture for their rooms and choose paint colours including the communal areas for the home.
