About Us

Carlton Home Care was established in 1989. The service is run by Carlton Care Group and is based in Shipley, West Yorkshire, but the geographical area we provide care in is 'Bingley Rural' (see geographical map).

Carlton Home Care provides domiciliary care and support to predominantly older people in their own homes. Each person is individual and we support people with a variety of diagnosis and conditions such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s or Parkinson's Disease, Learning disabilities, physical health needs, disabilities / mobility issues and age-related health conditions. We provide care and support predominantly to older people and people who require End of Life (EOL) care in their own homes to meet each person's identified needs, but we do also support younger people as required.

Staff are provided with a comprehensive induction and ongoing training programme to ensure they are trained and supported in the provision of personal care and/or other support tasks, and we provide an out-of-hours, on call service.
