Global Inspirations is registered with Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide domiciliary support in individual houses for elderly and adults with learning difficulties. We bring to the community tremendous wealth of personal experience, knowledge and skills in provision of domiciliary support and offer the highest quality domiciliary care in person centred way, allowing you to enjoy support you required in your environment.

We build our domiciliary care services around your needs, offering support tailored to meet your unique needs. We work with you to develop your plan, putting you in control of your support.

Our aim is to support people to lead independent, better and fulfilled lives. Promotes use of self-directed support, individual budgets and personalisation to enable better ways of living and transform the lives of individuals and families. We provide supported living and domiciliary care support services, community support, a comfortable home, equal access to life, putting individuals in control, support families and inspire individuals with learning disabilities/learning difficulties, elderly/senior Citizens and vulnerable people to make a difference in their lives.

We will support to build confidence and skills of each person to live successfully in the community and express their individuality within a shared environment; promoting positive, respectful choices and equal relationships. We will enable individuals to explore and understand the options open to them in their home and community at large in order that they can decide and take responsibility for their daily lives and to do as much for themselves as possible within their daily routine.

As a team we are committed to empowering individual’s we support, we focus on responding to individual’s needs, positively encourage regular interaction between people we support and the local community, by creating open professional communication, and agree that our aim underpins all our support practices. As a team we ensure all daily routines are met with individual approval and each person is given the opportunity to make their needs known and these needs translated and acted upon in their individual support plan/care plan guidelines and person centred planning.

We Support with the following:
• People supported will live in their own houses in the community.
• Live with family within their own community.
• Share accommodation with those they choose to live within the community and will have individual bedrooms and share communal kitchen, lounge, dining room, toilets and bathroom.
• Support to decorate individual’s rooms to reflect each person’s tastes and needs. The communal areas will be decorated and furnished to reflect the needs and preferences of the individual, providing a homely atmosphere.
• Global Inspirations will support individual in their home to maintain a good standard of hygiene and odour-free environment.
• Global Inspirations staff team have relevant qualifications/certificate
