About Us

Blossom Fields provides exceptional nursing and dementia care in modern, purpose-built surroundings. The home has 43 spacious single rooms with en-suites, along with luxurious lounges and dining rooms. Blossom Fields has implemented the Household Model across the home.

The Household Model approach to care is both modern and non institutional and is a new outlook in delivering service and care in the UK. It is shaped by our core principles and desired behaviours contained within our philosophy. Our goal is to create an environment which becomes a community. A space which residents recognise and feel at home. Personal choice, natural rhythms of the day, and meaningful life underpin the model. We seek to ensure all residents enjoy well-being.
