About Us

Caremark Limited is a home care services network of franchises specialising in both private-pay and state-funded home care. It was founded in 2005 and is based in Worthing. Since then, Caremark has grown significantly and is now providing support to people in over 100 regions across the UK, Ireland and Malta.
Perpetual Care Ltd t/a Caremark (Bristol) is a part of the franchise network Caremark Limited. Perpetual Care Ltd t/a Caremark (Bristol) started its Bristol office in 2016 and since it has started trading it has been growing every year.
We are specialist provider of home care for people living in the City of Bristol. We provide care and support to adults who require assistance but want to remain at home in a safe and comfortable environment. We are regulated by Care Quality Commission (CQC). We are accredited provider for Bristol City Council, South Gloucestershire Council and NHS Bristol, North Somerset & South Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group.

Home Care Assurance
We understand that some people may worry about their safety or loss of dignity when considering care at home for the first time. We can assure you, however, that all our home carers undergo enhanced DBS checks and must provide relevant references prior to undergoing Caremark’s rigorous training programme.
We then strive to match each home carer and customer; in tandem with our policy of permanently allocating carers to customers, we ensure the best possible chance for a long-lasting, professional relationship to develop. Furthermore, Caremark Bristol is registered with the Care Quality Commission which regulates the standards for all care providers.

Caremark (Bristol) was rated as Outstanding on being “Responsive” and overall “Good” in May 2020 by Care Quality Commission (CQC)
