About Us
Abiden Care Home is a home in the area of Burnley, which can accommodate just over 20 residents. Care can be provided for those needing personal care assistance and for those living with with a mild to moderate dementia. Abiden Care Home also offers short stay services; respite care and holiday relief
The newest member of the Caring and Leading Group with a highly experienced manager in place and now being supported by our larger group arrangement, the home is set to flourish.
With 22 registered beds, 20 single rooms as accommodation with two rooms large enough to support a married or cohabiting couples and a disability-friendly, very large ground floor apartment room, three lounges, an attractive dining area and a beautiful spacious garden with heated outhouse, it is your ideal small local home.
Located near Burnley Town Centre, Abiden has dedicated, caring staff to attend to all the needs of the residents with all the amenities one may need on their doorstep. Residents have a choice of 3 downstairs lounges, separate dining area, newly refurbished garden, dedicated activities co-coordinator and the home has its own cooks providing fresh, nutritional and exciting food
Staff at Abiden believe strongly in the mission statement outlining their commitment to providing individualised care and adopting the very latest research based approaches to person centred care. All staff believe that people need to feel content and secure – physically, mentally, socially, emotionally and spiritually.
