Magic Helping Hands is a dedicated domiciliary care service that supports adults who wish to remain independent, safe, and comfortable in their own homes. Their team provides a wide range of personalised services, including supported living for individuals who benefit from daily assistance with routines, community involvement, and building independent living skills.

Magic Helping Hands also offers high-quality live-in care, providing round-the-clock support, companionship, and continuity for clients who need full-time reassurance. Their night services include both waking nights, for those who require active monitoring or frequent assistance, and sleeping nights, where a carer remains on standby to respond if needed.

The team places strong emphasis on dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity, taking time to understand each person’s background, preferences, and lifestyle. Staff receive comprehensive training, including specialist knowledge in areas such as mental health, falls prevention, complex needs, and condition-specific care.

Care plans are tailored through detailed assessments, and the service maintains close collaboration with families, district nurses, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic support. Magic Helping Hands aims to deliver reliable, responsive care that enhances wellbeing, independence, and overall quality of life.
