service model has been proven to reduce needless steady-state hospitalisation by 25-75 % in pilots

About The Team

Our team is fully DBS checked to ensure safe and responsible recruitment. All staff complete and maintain current Infection Prevention and Control training to support safe care delivery. We are able to provide services in several languages including Yoruba, Bengali, and French to meet individual communication needs. Further details about the team are available upon request.
