Brookholme Residential Home is a fourty capacity facility, dedicated to personalised care from a team of well-trained and supervised staff, which has successfully achieved the Investors in People award.
Brookholme Care Home prides itself on a person centred approach to the care needs of individuals, promoting independence, dignity and choice. In doing so, we aim to create a secure, relaxed, happy and homely atmosphere for residents and staff.
Alongside skilled and professional care, the home supports an active lifestyle and positive social environment, with a choice of lounges and a dining room that overlooks well-maintained gardens.
An on-site cook prepares a nutritious menu of food and an open house policy on visiting means relatives and friends can enjoy seeing their loved ones during the day or evening.

This is best achieved by sensitive recognition and nurturing of potential through regularly monitored and adapted individual care plans with input from the resident and significant others.
Therapeutic activity programmes encourage mental alertness, self-esteem, and social interaction with other residents.
