About Us
Peak Home Care Ltd has been established since 2015 and is a family-run agency, forming part of the Peak Pharmacy Group. Our services operate across the Derbyshire area, providing high-quality care and support tailored to individual needs.
We accept a range of funding options, including Local Authority, Local Authority (top-up), Continuing Healthcare (CHC), and private clients. Our flexible care packages can be tailored to suit individual requirements, with visits available from as little as 15 minutes.
We have a dedicated Registered Manager who oversees the daily running and operations of the business, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained at all times. Peak Home Care Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), where we have consistently maintained an overall “Good” rating since March 2019.
Our team consists of more than 40 highly trained support workers who are committed to delivering compassionate and professional care. All staff undertake extensive training for their roles and attend regular annual refresher training to ensure their knowledge, skills, and practices remain fully up to date.
