What we Do
Siluette Care offers a broad range of home based care services designed to support older adults, younger adults with additional needs, and individuals living with physical, mental, or sensory health challenges.

Core services include:
• Personal Care (washing, dressing, continence & toileting)
• Medication support including prompting, assisting, administering (only as per prescription guidance)
Companionship & emotional support
• Household support, food preparation, hydration support
• Specialist care, such as
o Dementia
o Parkinson’s
o Stroke care
o Palliative & end of life support
o Hospital discharge support
o Mental health needs
Care is delivered through visiting care, overnight care, live in care, and long or short term arrangements. Minimum visiting duration is 30 minutes to ensure compassionate, unrushed support.
