Overview
Clitheroe Care Home is a warm, welcoming, and family-run care home located in the heart of Clitheroe. With space for up to 28 residents, we provide a truly homely environment where person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do.
Our home is led by Abbey, an experienced and passionate manager who took over leadership in October 2024. Since then, he has worked closely with the dedicated care team to deliver a remarkable transformation in the quality of care and daily life for our residents.
Although the home was rated 'Requires Improvement' by the CQC in 2022, this does not reflects the standard of care provided at Clitheroe Care Home. Under the leadership of the current management, the home has undergone significant improvements, creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for all who live here. Lancashire County Council also carried out their annual visit and expressed that they were very pleased with the progress and quality of care being delivered.
We take great pride in building meaningful relationships with our residents and their families, ensuring each individual receives care that is tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and well-being.
We would love to welcome you and your family to visit and experience the warmth of Clitheroe Care Home.
