About Us
Person Centered care forms the core of the service we provide here at NuHealth Care Services Ltd. NuHealth Care Services Ltd offers a wealth of personal and functional care and associated domestic services to meet the needs of individual clients ("Service Users") these include Adults aged 18-65, Adults aged 65+, Sensory impairment, Physical disability, Dementia, Learning difficulties or autistic disorder, and people who need assistant due to illness to continue living in their own homes and community. NuHealth Care Services Ltd will also provide services to children in their own homes with complex care needs aged 4 years to 17 years. This will be achieved by promoting a standard of excellence, which embraces fundamental principles of Good Care practice that is witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct and control of quality care in the domestic environment.
