Like Care Limited is a person-centred CQC registered committed to supporting individuals to live safe, independent, and fulfilling lives within their communities. We specialise in supported living, domiciliary care and tailored care (complex care) services designed to promote wellbeing, build confidence, and reduce long-term reliance on care through structured, outcome-focused support.

Our approach is grounded in dignity, respect, and partnership working. We collaborate closely with individuals, families, local authorities. social workers and health professionals to deliver bespoke support plans that reflect each person’s needs, aspirations, and strengths. We place strong emphasis on positive outcomes, continuous quality improvement, and transparent communication to ensure progress is clearly measured and reviewed.

Like Care Limited invests significantly in workforce development through comprehensive training, ongoing supervision, and professional development pathways. This ensures our staff are skilled, compassionate, and responsive to complex and changing needs, including mental health, learning disability, sensory impairment, physical disability, and behaviours that may challenge. Our services are for both Children(0 to 18) and Adult (18-64 and 64+).

We are dedicated to creating safe, supportive environments where people are empowered to achieve greater independence, maintain meaningful routines, and participate fully in community life.

About The Team
