**Welcome to Elite Care – Compassionate Home Care in Cromer**
At Elite Care, we are dedicated to supporting you or your loved one to live independently, happily, and securely in your own home. Based in Cromer and proudly rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), our experienced and compassionate team is committed to delivering high-quality, personalised domiciliary care tailored to your unique needs.
Our flexible care packages start from just £31 per hour and are available to those who are self-funding, funded by the Local Authority (including top-ups), or receiving NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC). We provide care and support for adults aged 18 and over, including older people. Our expertise extends to a wide range of needs, including dementia (such as Alzheimer’s disease), Parkinson’s, cancer, physical disabilities, mental health conditions, sensory impairments, learning disabilities, and palliative care.
Elite Care offers a full spectrum of services, from companionship and sit-in support, to practical help with medication, meal preparation, shopping, and domestic tasks. We are proud to offer culturally sensitive care, LGBTQ+ support, and pet-friendly visits, with both male and female carers available. For those requiring enhanced support, two carers per visit can be arranged.
We understand that everyone’s situation is different. Whether you require short-term convalescence or ongoing support, our professional and trustworthy carers bring peace of mind to families throughout Cromer.
