Our experienced and caring team is capable of providing 24-hour care, live-in services, hourly and overnight care, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to the changing needs of our clients.
Our areas of specialisation include, but are not limited to, care for individuals with Dementia (including Alzheimer's disease), Cancer, Heart conditions, Stroke, Diabetes, and various mental health conditions. We are also proficient in managing complex health needs such as catheter care and palliative or end of life care, ensuring empathy and dignity in sensitive times.
SWL Care Haven Ltd. proudly supports adults aged 18 to 65 and over, offering both private and publicly funded options including Self-funding, Local Authority with top-up, Local Authority funding, and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding.
Recognising Croydon's diverse community, we provide support in multiple languages including Arabic, Hindi, and Somali, aiming to serve all our clients in their preferred language.
