About Us

What we do:

We provide Home care, supported living services and accommodation for elderly people with dementia, physical disability and people with mental health and learning disabilities. Our services focus on helping service users to develop and maintain their independence, whilst experiencing an improvement in their quality of life. The services are delivered by trained and experienced support workers. We provide a 24-hour a day 7 days week service and accommodation for people in need of our support.

The tasks undertaken and services provided include but are not limited to:

Live-in service
Life Skills Training:
Help with Understanding nutrition.
Assistance in preparing meals
Domestic task
Befriending service
End of life/palliative support
Assistance with preparing a shopping list, going shopping
Assistance with budgeting for food, bills, clothing, recreation, etc
Escorting to appointments and shopping
Support with maintaining and cleaning their home
Prompting and supporting with personal hygiene
Assistance with benefits/bills
Accessing welfare benefits
Filling out forms etc
Ensuring rent and other bills, debts, etc are paid
Accessing professional help & liaison with other agencies
Accessing training, education & employment opportunities
Accessing recreational facilities
Accessing specialist counselling services
Registering with GPs, Dentists, and Opticians, etc.
Arranging and attending appointments Liaising with social workers, doctors.

Our team is fully DBS checked to ensure safe and responsible recruitment. We are able to provide services in several languages including Gujarati, Afrikaans, and Punjabi to meet individual communication needs. For additional information regarding the team, please get in touch.
