About Us

We are SureCare Dartford, Gravesend and Bexley, part of the SureCare Group, which has been operating for over 30 years as England’s longest-standing domiciliary care provider, with over 55 branches nationwide. We currently have a rating of 9.5 on Home Care.

We specialise in complex care and supporting individuals with challenging behaviour.
We offer high-quality home care for individuals at all stages of life. Our DBS-checked, care-certified professionals provide a range of domiciliary and home services, including:
Domiciliary Services, Live-in care, 24-hour complex care, Morning and evening assistance, Meal preparation and support, Medication administration, Companionship, Assistance with daily tasks for those with health limitations, Home Services, Laundry and ironing, Housekeeping, Supervising home deliveries, Shopping and prescription collection.

During visits, once personal care is completed, our carers will assist with companionship and domestic tasks for the remaining time. Additionally, we pride ourselves that our clients have a dedicated team of 2-4 carers (depending on the number of visits) to ensure continuity of care.

Commitment to Quality & Compliance
We are audited quarterly by our head office to ensure compliance with CQC and SureCare standards. In addition:

Management will do the visits during the first week along with the carers.
We conduct spot checks and encourage feedback from service users through an easy-to-use complaints and compliments system.
We provide a 24/7 on-call service.
Every new care arrangement undergoes a 24-hour follow-up and ongoing monitoring.
