About Us
Evantu Care is a specialist care provider committed to delivering high quality, personalised support services to adults across the UK. Our core mission is to empower individuals to live with dignity and independence within their own homes, surrounded by familiar environments and supported by compassionate professionals. We offer a comprehensive range of home based services including:
- Personal care and companionship for people living independently but needing support.
- Domiciliary care such as reablement, elderly care, live-in care, and specialised support for adults with mental health needs, autism or learning disabilities.
- “Hospital-at-home” style interventions including nursing care, clinical treatment (e.g., wound care and medication administration), therapy and rehabilitation services.
We believe in working collaboratively with clients, their families, and other care professionals (GPs, therapists, social workers) to design and deliver care plans that truly reflect individual needs and preferences. Our core values centre on respect, dignity and safeguarding. We ensure that clients are actively involved in care planning, that communication is tailored to their needs, and that every aspect of service delivery is underpinned by the highest standards of professionalism and compassion. Evantu Care is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) under the “Personal Care” category and adheres to all required standards of safety, personnel competence, and ethical practice. Through our skilled workforce, flexible service models and person centred approach, Evantu Care is well-placed to support contracts or frameworks that require home based care, reablement pathways, or partnership working with health and social care commissioners.
