About Us

Global Support & Care Ltd is a CQC-registered home care provider supporting adults and families across Derby and Nottingham. Registered with the Care Quality Commission on 23 February 2022 and led by Registered Manager Tsitsi Chedondo, we provide supported living, domiciliary care, nursing care, and complex care including tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG feeding, catheter, stoma, and palliative support to people living with dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments, across both adult and children's services.

Letting someone new into your home, or a parent's home, is a significant decision, and we don't treat it lightly. Every carer is DBS-checked and fully trained before they visit a client, and wherever possible, clients are supported by the same carer at the same scheduled time so care is built around a relationship, not a rota. A dedicated manager stays directly accessible to families throughout, and we commit to responding within two hours during business hours, with 24-hour emergency support by phone.

Offering four services under one provider means care can adapt as needs change; a family working with us for domiciliary support today isn't forced into a new agency search if nursing or complex care becomes necessary later.
