At Quality Home Care UK Limited, we are small independant family run care agency, dedicated to providing compassionate and personalised domiciliary care to individuals in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Based in Spondon, Derby, our professional and highly trained team deliver outstanding support in Spondon, Chaddesden, Alvaston, Shelton Lock and Chellaston. We have served the local community with a high standard of quality care for the past 20 years.

Proud to be rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), our services offer peace of mind for families seeking dependable, flexible, and respectful care for themselves or a loved one. We provide a wide range of home care solutions, including support with personal care, companionship, dementia (including Alzheimer's disease) and condition-led care, end-of-life palliative support, mental health, physical and sensory impairments, convalescence, escorted trips, and help around the home. Our bespoke approach includes catering for specific dietary, cultural, and faith requirements, and we champion inclusivity.

Whether you require hourly assistance, double-up care, respite for family carers, or companionship, our services are available from only £30.25 per hour. We accept self-funding clients, Local Authority with top-up, and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding options.
