About Us

Aims and Objectives
FIND A CARE HOME SERVICES LTD is committed to providing social care and support services for individuals to enable them to remain in their own homes and to continue receiving private personal, eating and drinking, oral mouth care, pad changing, domestic, so as for service users to continue living at home, including to remain as independent as possible.
Our domiciliary care service seeks to provide support to a wide variety of Local community individuals. It aims to enhance the quality of life of both service users and their carers.
Values
Underpinning the service are our values.
1. To promote service user dignity, privacy, and independence through adapting care services to suit service user needs, particularly the religious and cultural needs of ethnic minority communities when assisting them with personal care needs.
2. Ensure staff are adequately trained to meet service user needs according to our code of practice and CQC essential standards of health and safety
3. Enable service users and their families to have a say in the planning and delivery of their own care, treatment, and support
4. Carry out service user satisfaction surveys every 3 months and use the feedback to inform care planning and delivery
5. Organize weekly meetings where account managers and their deputies plan and review all aspects of care and report to the registered managers
6. Ensure at all times that service users have access to information relating to their care.
7. Regularly review care plans with service users and their families to improve service delivery

Find a Care Home Services Ltd believes that, for services to be effective, they are based on sound values and principles and an understanding of the fundamental and individual needs of care. Promote choices, dignity, cultural and religious values, including sexuality, and rights for service users living in their own homes, and require our support.
The Service Values are as follows:
Anti-discrimination
Many service users, because of their circumstances (e.g., age, disability, gender, marital status, orientation, culture, religion, or nationality), may find themselves at risk of discrimination. FIND A CARE HOME SERVICES LTD designs its services and delivery to, wherever possible, promote equality and counteract discrimination where it arises.
Arrangements for the Continuity of Care
In the event that unforeseen circumstances interrupt or prevent service visits to a service user, we have established policies and procedures to effectively ensure
continuity of care, which may apply in the following circumstances:
 Where the service user has requested a change in care/support worker
 Where bad weather hinders, delays, or prevents care/support workers from keeping appointments
 When a care/support worker fails to report for duty, a replacement colleague is assigned
 Where a care/support worker fails to keep an appointment
 Where the service user cancels an appointment.Carer Support
Working in partnership with other agencies and professional bodies, our fully trained carers fully recognize the value of care and family support. Our trained carers would provide, or intend to provide, regular or substantial care, where requested, assessed independently of the needs of the
service user. The assessment outcome is taken into account when agreeing to a person-centered care plan. Ensuring that the service users with Dementia, Alzheimer's, and other disabilities are matched with the right carers.
Choice
Person-Centered Care Services are designed to be accessible and flexible, promoting ordinary lifestyles and being based on service users’ own choices. Individual choice is promoted, within the limits imposed by service constraints.
Confidentiality
Service user confidentiality is maintained wherever possible. On occasion, it will be necessary, for the benefit of the service user or others, to share personal information with either other professionals or organizations. Where possible, service users are consulted and their views taken into account.
Communication
Service users have the right to be heard and to be fully informed on all aspects of their care. Methods of communication are appropriate to the particular abilities and experiences of each individual and tailored to each set of circumstances.
Dignity
All individuals, whatever their circumstances, have the right to be treated with dignity and respect. Independence Service users are enabled to act independently. Services are provided with
maximizing the individual’s capacity for self-care, capacity, and mobility.
