About Us

Loyal Blue Care Limited is a domiciliary Care Company which is based and primarily working within the area of Ellesmere Port.
Our aim is to provide an excellent high standard of care for our aging community. The type of care we provide may variety from clients with visual and hearing impairments, life limiting mobility, Dementia and sadly, end of life care.
We are committed to providing continuity of care to all our clients, and to help form:-
• all-important relationships based on continued trust
• to increase confidence, health and wellbeing, whilst allowing our clients to remain in their own home for longer
• to have a positive impact on our client’s lives,
• to allow them to retain their independence and dignity, for as long as it is safe and practicable for them to do so.
We understand that bringing care providers into the home is a big step, which is why each care package is created with a personal approach. Reassured all our client’s specific needs are paramount, together with their own wishes and preferences.
The results of which we hope will enforce not only an empowered experience of care, but will also deliver a high quality of care, at value for money.
All our staff will achieve The Care Certificate, Awareness of Dementia & Understanding End of Life, Safeguarding & Adult Abuse, Administration of Medication, Health & Safety, Moving & Handling, Food Hygiene & First Aid, Understanding Infection Control, and where applicable those certificates will be refreshed annually.

Description of Services we provide
Personal care
Whether you need help getting in/out of bed, assisting with bathing, showering and dressing, our friendly team can help with these tasks. We will work with you to create a care plan that will take your needs and preferences into account. We can support your independence with dignity and respect with your day-to-day personal care.
Meal preparation
We can assist with cooking and supporting you to have regular meals. For those with dementia, remembering to eat and drink can be an issue. Our trained team can help support and provide regular times to ensure you have stability to enjoy healthy meals.
Medication support
Our home care team can offer support with managing and administrating medications. When your health relies on medication, it is vital it is taken regularly and on time. We will also monitor changes in health or side effects which will offer Peace of Mind.
Companionship
Our home care team can make a huge difference to your day by seeing a friendly face and having a chat and keep you company. This can greatly help with mental health just by having a conversation over a cup of tea.
Convalescent care
Recovering from a hospital stay or operation can take time. Our Home Care team can provide the support you need to get back on your feet by assisting you with personal care, administrating medication, cooking and cleaning.

CALL TIMES AVAILABLE:

• 07:00 A.M – 11:00 A.M -Morning Calls: personal care, nutrition & medication support or transporting to day-care
• 12:00 P.M – 14:00 P.M -Lunch Calls: assistance with nutrition & medication support
• 14.00 P.M – 16.00 P.M -Basic shopping and essential house work, as part of an existing package of care
• 16:00 P.M – 18:30 P.M -Tea Calls: nutrition & medication support or transporting home from day-care
• 19:00 P.M – 22:00 P.M -Put to Bed Calls: assistance to get ready/safely into bed, medication support & Safe and Well Checks

LENGTH OF CALLS AVAILABLE:
• Hourly
• 45 minutes
• 30 minutes
• 15 minutes (Limited to clients receiving full package of care)
Calls are available 7 days a week.

Care can also be provided on specific days, Monday-Friday but, availability may vary.

Weekdays & weekend calls are currently charged at the same rate, please call our office for further information.
